I recently stayed at a hotel in Mestre and had a fantastic experience. the location was ideal, as it was just a short walk from the train station and a quick bus ride to reach Venice island. This made exploring the main area of Venice a breeze. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. I loved the decor, especially the historical book of Venice that added a unique touch. Lastly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. Their warm welcome and willingness to assist with any queries added a personal touch to the experience.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was excellent and there was nothing negative to mention.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and informative, providing us with all the necessary information about transportation to and from this city. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to both the train station and bus links, making it easy for us to explore other areas, including Venice Island. It took us only 12 minutes to reach the Grand Canal, which was a convenient and enjoyable journey. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Very friendly staff...went out of way to make us feel welcome, great security - always felt safe. Good breakfast, nicely decorated, spacious room and bathroom...excellent restaurant nearby along with lots of other facilities (laundry, supermarket etc). Overall an excellent place to stay.

No wifi or internet access, however numerous internet cafes nearby.

Good value for money, cheap option for staying close to Venice

In the first day we stayed there we arrived around 16:00 after a long trip and had to wait 2 hours (!) for the owner to show up (although we booked several days before). The villa is placed in a poor city, but on the other side very close to Venice. Besides that- everything was great and the bottom line is that I recommend it.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Mestre. First of all, the location was fantastic, being very close to the train station. This made it incredibly convenient to travel to the main area of Venice. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable, with modern bathroom facilities that were clean and well-maintained. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience even better.

All was well, nothing to complain about.

The area is very convenient for trains/buses into Venice, a two minute walk from the hotel. The bus takes 10 minuntes to P.Roma. The area is not great and there were a group of youths hanging around on a couple of corners. However, the Villa Ricordi is a very clean and pleasant place to stay. There are also bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

The location was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to both public transportation and restaurants. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay much easier. the room was also very clean and spacious, which made it comfortable to get work done.

The lack of wifi in the room. This made it a bit challenging to stay connected to my work and to communicate with colleagues.

It is a poor hotel with bad location

Both Monica and Phillip are extremely courteous and good english speaking.Very convinient location.Near to mestre rly.stn and bus stop for going to venece. It is a holiday home like and not like a commercial hotel.
